Bills Fan Banned From NFL Stadiums After Shoving Hopkins and Jackson

One Buffalo Bills fan just learned the hard way that putting your hands on NFL players will cost you more than a hangover on Monday morning. During Sunday night’s Ravens-Bills matchup, a fan in a red Buffalo jersey shoved DeAndre Hopkins after his touchdown celebration, then did the same to Lamar Jackson seconds later.

Hopkins brushed it off with a smile, but Lamar wasn’t having it. The Ravens QB shoved the guy right back into his seat before security stepped in and escorted him out.

On Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the fan has been banned not only from Highmark Stadium but from every NFL venue, indefinitely. That’s a lifetime suspension from football Sundays.

Jackson later apologized, though everyone agreed he had every right to defend himself. No charges have been filed, but legal experts say the fan’s actions could’ve qualified as assault. Either way, he’s out of stadiums for good.
