Breaking: Seattle Seahawks Starter Shockingly Retires Mid-Season

The Seattle Seahawks enter NFL week 11 with a 4-5 record as they prepare to face their division rivals, the San Francisco 49ers. And well, they will be without starting center Connor Williams, who has decided to retire abruptly from the game of football mid-season at the age of 27 years old.

Seahawks head coach, Mike Macdonald announced it during his press conference today and said center Olu Oluwatimi will be taking his place in the starting lineup.

Connor Williams signed with the Seahawks this year after playing for the Miami Dolphins. He has started every game so far this season for the Seahawks. This will potentially be a huge blow to the Seahawks offensive line that has already struggled this season.
