Magic Surge Early, Warriors-Suns Winner-Take-All: Friday's Play-In Games Heat Up the Race for Playoff Spots
The NBA play-in tournament is officially underway, and the stakes could not be higher. On Friday night, four teams are chasing two spots, and every possession matters. The Magic jumped out to an early lead in their chase for the East's 8th seed, while out West, the Warriors are visiting the Suns with the 8th seed hanging in the balance. This is win-or-go-home basketball at its finest.
Magic Making Noise in the East
Orlando is not waiting around in their play-in matchup. Banchero scored the game's first bucket to set the tone early, and the Magic are building momentum as they hunt for that crucial 8th seed spot in the Eastern Conference. Miller connected from deep to keep the pressure on, and everything is pointing to Orlando making a serious run in this tournament. If they can maintain this intensity, they could punch their ticket to the next round and keep their season alive.
