Meet Every Seattle Seahawks 2025 Draft Pick

Round 7 Pick 238: WR Ricky White III

Ricky White III

After transferring from Michigan State, White piled up 3,366 yards and 24 receiving touchdowns in three seasons at UNLV.

Round 7 Pick 234: T/G Mason Richman

The Seahawks selected Iowa guard Mason Richman with pick No. 234.The 6-foot-5, 307-pound guard started all 13 games at left tackle at Iowa and helped the Hawkeyes offense rush for 200-plus yards in eight games. Richman is the third guard the Seahawks have selected in this year's Draft.

Richman was an All-Big Ten honorable mention selection in 2024, as well as an Academic All-Big Ten selection and a part of a line that was a semifinalist for the Joe Moore Award, given to the nation's top offensive line.

Round 7 Pick 223: RB Damien Martinez

Seahawks selected Miami running back Damien Martinez with the No. 223 pick in the seventh round of the Draft. Martinez was a three-year starter, having played two years at Oregon State before transferring to Miami. While at Oregon State, he was named Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year, was first-team All-Pac-12 and led the team with 982 rushing yards. His second season at Oregon State was even better, rushing for 1,185 yards and named first-team All-Pac-12 for the second year in a row.

RB Damien Martinez

Productive three-year starter with an impressive blend of power, dexterity and decisiveness. First and foremost, Martinez is truly a "big back" who proves he can find yards after contact on most carries.

Round 6 Pick 192: G Bryce Cabeldue

The Seahawks selected University of Kansas guard Bryce Cabeldue with No. 192 pick of the 2025 NFL Draft, the second guard they've added this week along with first-round pick Grey Zabel.

While he will be a guard at the next level, Cabeldue played right tackle for the Jayhawks, starting 12 games last season on his way to All-Big 12 honorable mention honors. A four-year starter at Kansas, Cabeldue, who is 6-foot-4, 308 pounds, started 45 games over the past four seasons.

Round 5 Pick 175: FB Robbie Ouzts

The Seahawks selected Robbie Ouzts with pick No. 175, adding a fullback who can contribute to Klint Kubiak's offense.The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Ouzts played in all 13 games for Alabama in his final season.

Ouzts is built like an ironworker who has a squat rack in the garage. He's compact and muscular but surprisingly athletic in routes and on move blocks. He can align as a wing and fits up blocks with good technique and balance, but he gets discarded by longer opponents.

Round 5 Pick 166: WR Tory Horton

The Seahawks added speed and playmaking to their receiver room in the fifth-round of the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting Colorado State wide receiver Tory Horton with pick No. 166. Horton, a two-time captain at Colorado State played in 30 games, scoring 20 touchdowns and had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2022 and 2023 before a knee injury cut short his 2024 campaign.

Even coming off a season-ending injury in 2024, Horton was able to run a 4.41-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, and Horton said he ran in the 4.3s prior to the injury.

Round 5 Pick 142: DE Rylie Mills

The Seahawks added to their defensive line in the fifth-round of the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting Notre Dame defensive end Rylie Mills with the 142nd overall pick. The Seahawks selected Mills with a pick they acquired in a trade that sent quarterback Sam Howell to Minnesota.

Mills, who brings inside-out versatility to the defensive line, was a captain on a Notre Dame squad that reached the National Championship game last season. He suffered a torn ACL late in the season, but told reporters on a conference call Saturday that he is ahead of schedule and hopes to be back for training camp.

Round 3 Pick 92: QB. Jalen Milroe

The Seahawks selected Jalen Milroe with pick No. 92, adding both a quarterback and a dynamic athlete to their offense. A two-year starter at Alabama, Milroe passed for 2,844 yards and 16 touchdowns while completing 64.3 percent of his passes, and also rushed for a team-leading 726 yards and 20 rushing touchdowns.

Milroe, who ran a 4.40 second 40-yard dash at Alabama's pro day, averaged 15.2 yards per completion in 2023, which ranked seventh among FBS quarterbacks, threw 23 touchdowns passes against six interceptions, and was a finalist for the Manning Award (nation's top quarterback), while also leading the team with 12 rushing touchdowns.

Round 2 Pick 50: TE Elijah Arroyo

The Seahawks added another weapon to their offense in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft, selecting University of Miami tight end Elijah Arroyo with pick No. 52. "It feels unreal," Arroyo said on a conference call after being selected. I'm still trying to take it all in. It's a surreal feeling. I'm blessed."

Arroyo, who is 6-foot-5, 254 pounds, averaged an impressive 16.9 yards per reception in his final season in Miami, catching 35 passes for 590 yards and seven touchdowns. That 2024 performance helped Arroyo earn second-team All-ACC honors in a strong final season in which he started all 13 games after being limited to 11 games in his previous two seasons due to injury.

Round 2 Pick 35: S Nick Emmanwori

The Seahawks made a big move up on Day 2 of the NFL Draft, trading up to Pick No. 35 to select University of South Carolina safety Nick Emmanwori. In exchange for that pick, which was held by Tennessee, the Seahawks sent pick No. 52 in the second round and pick No. 82 in the third round to the Titans.

Emmanwori, who is 6-foot-3, 220 pounds, gives the Seahawks a rare combination of size and athleticism, having run a 4.38-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine while posting a 43-inch vertical leap and an 11-foot, 6-inch broad jump.

Round 1 Pick 18: OL Grey Zabel 

The Seahawks addressed their interior line in a big way on Thursday, selecting North Dakota State guard Grey Zabel with the 18th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Over his past three seasons, Zabel has started 38 games, starting at right tackle, left guard and left tackle, and in 2024 he earned first-team Associated Press FCS All-American honors, as well as first-team Missouri Valley Football Conference honors.

Zabel, who is 6-foot-6, 316 pounds, is the Seahawks' highest-drafted guard since they took Steve Hutchinson with the 17th overall pick in 2001. Hutchinson, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, is now a part of the Seahawks' player personnel department and had a hand in the evaluation process of Zabel and other offensive linemen.
