The Seattle Seahawks are acquiring Jacksonville Jaguars DT Roy Robertson-Harris, according to Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network report, for a 2026 sixth-round pick.
After posting three sacks in each of his first two Jaguars seasons, Robertson-Harris landed a three-year, $21.6MM extension. As a result, he remains under contract through 2026.

This moves comes after a disappointing start to Dre'Mont Jones' season, and an injury to rookie Byron Murphy II this year.
The Seahawks currently rank 10th in terms of passing yards allowed per game, but only 27th on the ground. Upgrades along the D-line could help in defending the run, something which has been central to Robertson-Harris’ skillset throughout his career. The 31-year-old has totaled between 30 and 45 tackles in each of his past four healthy seasons, and he will be tasked with chipping in on early downs on his new team.
Robertson-Harris, 31, gives the Seahawks a reinforcement for a defense that's been short-handed over the last three weeks and has struggled badly against the run.
He has 11.5 sacks, 123 tackles and seven pass breakups in his three-plus seasons with the Jaguars. He has played in 50% of the team's defensive snaps this season at tackle and end, but his production has dipped from the last two seasons. He has played in every game but has just seven tackles and four quarterback hits.
