Steph Curry Fell Into the Clippers Crowd, Hit the Dagger, and Asked Them If They Saw It Go In

This is what peak cold-blooded basketball looks like. Steph Curry, 38 years old and playing through injury, just hit the dagger against the Clippers, tumbled into the stands, and had the audacity to ask the home crowd if the shot even went in. That's not just confident. That's disrespectful in the best way possible.

The Shot Heard 'Round the Forum

Last night was a reminder that Steph Curry still rules this sport. The guy is nearly 40, dealing with injuries, and he's still out there hitting clutch buckets like he's got nothing to prove. Because he doesn't. When you've done what Steph has done, falling into the crowd and asking Clippers fans if your three pointer was good is just part of the package.

The shimmy, the mouthguard chewing, the pure swagger. That's what makes the NBA fun. That's what the league looks like when Steph is clicking on the biggest stages.

The Clippers Fan Experience

Look, you feel bad for Clippers fans. But also, you don't. They've seen this movie before. Every time the Warriors and Clippers meet in the playoffs, there's this feeling that you already know how it ends. At least these fans got an incredible video out of it. They knew going in they probably weren't walking out with a win, so they got to witness Steph Curry at the end of his career still being an absolute killer.

A Reminder of What's Still to Come

We've seen Steph do this at the Olympics too. Four three pointers in two minutes and eleven seconds to close out France for gold? Ice cold. The dude is wired to perform when it matters most.

The NBA is better with Steph dancing around like this. Even if you're a Clippers fan eating it, you've got to respect the moment.
