MLB has had some absolutely amazing players come into the history of the league. And some of those all-time greats were not fortunate enough to ever win a World Series. Here are the best to never win one.

25. Dale Murphy

Murphy won back to back MVPs with the Braves and had nearly 400 career HRs. However, he never got to the World Series.

24. Johan Santana

Santana is a two time Cy Young winner and led MLB in ERA three different times. But he never got make a World Series appearance.

Sandberg was a staple for the Cubs. He had 9 career gold gloves and won an MVP. But never got to play in the World Series.
