The Seahawks Have Four Picks in Pittsburgh and John Schneider Already Has a Plan to Get More

The Super Bowl champs are rolling into the 2026 NFL draft with four selections in their pocket, but don't expect general manager John Schneider to sit still. He already told the world on Monday that Seattle will consider trading down to add more picks. Translation: the Seahawks aren't done shopping before the first ball is even called in Pittsburgh.

When and Where to Watch

The three-day event kicks off Thursday night in Pittsburgh with the first round at 5 p.m. PT on April 23, followed by rounds 2 and 3 on Friday at 4 p.m. PT, and finishing up Saturday morning on April 25 at 9 a.m. PT with rounds 4 through 7. You can catch all the action on NFL Network, ESPN, ESPN Deportes, or ABC. If you're streaming, hit up NFL+, Disney+, or ESPN Unlimited. Radio folks can tune in on SiriusXM, Westwood One Sports, or ESPN Radio.

What the Seahawks Are Working With

Seattle currently has four draft picks locked in: the 32nd overall pick in round one, 64th in round two, 96th in round three, and a sixth-round pick (188th overall) from Cleveland. Here's the thing though: the front office has proven it can do more with less. Back in 2019, the Seahawks entered draft week with just four picks and walked out with 11 selections. They've also gone the other direction, entering and exiting the 2021 draft with the fewest picks in franchise history at just three. So don't be shocked if Schneider gets creative this year and adds to the haul through trades.

The Seahawks are building off a massive 2025 season, becoming Super Bowl champions for the first time since 2014. How they use these draft picks could shape whether that momentum carries forward or becomes a one-year wonder.
