The Washington Huskies went to Iowa City to face the Iowa Hawkeyes in what was the Big Noon kickoff game on Fox. And well, they simply were disappointing. The Washington Huskies lost to the Iowa Hawkeyes 40-16. This is a week after defeating Michigan in Seattle which felt like a turning point for Jedd Fisch and the rest of the coaching staff.
Simply, this was a bad game by the Washington Huskies. The Huskies once again had red zone problems that cost them points in the beginning of the game. Once again the Huskies lost a game where they outgained an opponent. The Huskies outgained Iowa 393 yards to 328 yards. The Huskies fall to 4-3 on the season.
