Every NFL team has a WR the fan base would like to forget. These aren't necessarily the worst ever (cause some times that is usually a 4th stringer) but these are the worst given the circumstances WRs for ever NFL team.

Perriman was drafted in the first round. Now, he was never horrible but for a first round pick he never lived up to the hype.
Buffalo Bills- Terrell Owens

Owens produced everywhere he went with some big numbers. But his time in Buffalo was forgettable. He had just 488 yards.
Carolina Panthers- Kelvin Benjamin

Denver Broncos- Marcus Nash

Houston Texans- Will Fuller

Fuller showed signs of promise. But then never fully developed to what he could be.

Gonzalez was a high draft pick in the first round. He had showed some potential flashes but never produced enough to justify that.
Jacksonville Jaguars- Mike Williams

Blackmon was productive when he was on the field. But his career was over due to drinking issues quickly.
Kansas City Chiefs- Kadarius Toney

The Chiefs traded for Toney thinking they could change his career. News alert, he was horrible.
Las Vegas Raiders- Henry Ruggs

Henry Ruggs is a sad tale. He showed flashes of brilliance but a bad decisions landed him behind bars.

Minnesota Vikings- Troy Williamson

Williamson was drafted 7th overall and never got it going. He was supposed to be the heir to Randy Moss and never developed.
New England Patriots - Chad Jackson

Another huge draft pick that couldn't make it in the league. The Patriots seemed to always find the WR that couldn't make it big.
New Orleans Saints- Albert Connell

Connell signed a five year deal with the Saints. He had 12 catches to show for it.
New York Giants - Kenny Golladay

Kenny Golladay is highly regraded as one of the worst free agent signings in recent NFL history.

Smith was a high draft pick that never produced. Taken in the 2nd round he rarely got it going during his time in New York.
Philadelphia Eagles- Jalen Reagor

Reagor was a first round pick in 2020. He never became the play maker the team was looking for.
Pittsburgh Steelers - Martavis Bryant

He was a big physical WR talent. He never made big plays that he was supposed to for the Steelers.
San Francisco 49ers- A.J. Jenkins

Jenkins was a first round pick and was supposed to come in and make big plays. He had ZERO catches in his career.
Seattle Seahawks- D'Wayne Eskridge

Eskridge was a high pick that came in for his big play ability. He battled injuries and never made a impact for the Seahawks.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Michael Clayton

Clayton was a first round pick. He never made big plays and was marred by constant drops.
Tennessee Titans- Justin Hunter

Hunter came in as a high draft pick that was compared to Randy Moss. Well, spoiler alert, he was not Randy Moss.
