The Worst WRs In NFL History

The Worst Free Agent Signing Of Every NFL Team

Seattle On Tap Edit

Every NFL team has a WR the fan base would like to forget. These aren't necessarily the worst ever (cause some times that is usually a 4th stringer) but these are the worst given the circumstances WRs for ever NFL team.

Arizona Cardinals- Michael Floyd

Seattle On Tap Edit

Floyd was a first round pick out of Notre Dame. He was supposed to be Larry Fitzgerald's heir. Instead he peaked early.

Atlanta Falcons- Gerland Tinker

Seattle On Tap Edit

Tinker is a name Falcons fans hate to here. He was inconsistent and simply a bad WR.

Baltimore Ravens- Breshad Perriman

Seattle On Tap Edit

Perriman was drafted in the first round. Now, he was never horrible but for a first round pick he never lived up to the hype.

Buffalo Bills- Terrell Owens

Seattle On Tap Edit

Owens produced everywhere he went with some big numbers. But his time in Buffalo was forgettable. He had just 488 yards.

Carolina Panthers- Kelvin Benjamin

Seattle On Tap Edit

After a good rookie year Benjamin never made it back again to where he was. And was out of the league quickly.

Chicago Bears- David Terrell

Seattle On Tap Edit

He was a first round pick. But, he never produced like won with under 2,000 total yards in 4 seasons.

Cincinnati Bengals- Peter Warrick

Seattle On Tap Edit

Peter Warrick was one of the most electric college football players of all time. But in the pros he had just 4,000 career yards as a first round pick.

Cleveland Browns- Josh Gordon

Seattle On Tap Edit

Now he wasn't bad on the field but he rarely got there. He had major off-field issues that made him serve a ton of suspensions.

Dallas Cowboys- Roy Williams

Seattle On Tap Edit

Roy Williams had the whole package and was a high draft pick. But, he never got it going enough in the pros.

Denver Broncos- Marcus Nash

Seattle On Tap Edit

Nash had a total of just 15 catches in three seasons. He was a first round pick too.

Detroit Lions- Charles Rogers

Seattle On Tap Edit

The WR came in with a ton of fanfare and hype. He instead never got it going in the pros despite being a top pick.

Green Bay Packers- Javon Walker

Seattle On Tap Edit

Walker was a high draft pick in the first round. He was producing but then tore his ACL and never got back to form.

Houston Texans- Will Fuller

Seattle On Tap Edit

Fuller showed signs of promise. But then never fully developed to what he could be.

Indianapolis Colts- Anthony Gonzalez

Seattle On Tap Edit

Gonzalez was a high draft pick in the first round. He had showed some potential flashes but never produced enough to justify that.

Jacksonville Jaguars- Mike Williams

Seattle On Tap Edit

Blackmon was productive when he was on the field. But his career was over due to drinking issues quickly.

Kansas City Chiefs- Kadarius Toney

Seattle On Tap Edit

The Chiefs traded for Toney thinking they could change his career. News alert, he was horrible.

Las Vegas Raiders- Henry Ruggs

Seattle On Tap Edit

Henry Ruggs is a sad tale. He showed flashes of brilliance but a bad decisions landed him behind bars.

Los Angeles Chargers- Quentin Johnson

Seattle On Tap Edit

Quentin Johnson was drafted in the first round out of TCU. He never produced (yet) as a first round pick should.

Los Angeles Rams - Troy Edwards

Seattle On Tap Edit

Edwards was a first round pick. He had just 2,404 yards in seven seasons.

Miami Dolphins- Mike Wallace

Seattle On Tap Edit

Mike Wallace signed as a big time free agent. He never developed to what they thought they were getting.

Minnesota Vikings- Troy Williamson

Seattle On Tap Edit

Williamson was drafted 7th overall and never got it going. He was supposed to be the heir to Randy Moss and never developed.

New England Patriots - Chad Jackson

Seattle On Tap Edit

Another huge draft pick that couldn't make it in the league. The Patriots seemed to always find the WR that couldn't make it big.

New Orleans Saints- Albert Connell

Seattle On Tap Edit

Connell signed a five year deal with the Saints. He had 12 catches to show for it.

New York Giants - Kenny Golladay

Seattle On Tap Edit

Kenny Golladay is highly regraded as one of the worst free agent signings in recent NFL history.

New York Jets- Devin Smith

Seattle On Tap Edit

Smith was a high draft pick that never produced. Taken in the 2nd round he rarely got it going during his time in New York.

Philadelphia Eagles- Jalen Reagor

Seattle On Tap Edit

Reagor was a first round pick in 2020. He never became the play maker the team was looking for.

Pittsburgh Steelers - Martavis Bryant

Seattle On Tap Edit

He was a big physical WR talent. He never made big plays that he was supposed to for the Steelers.

San Francisco 49ers- A.J. Jenkins

Seattle On Tap Edit

Jenkins was a first round pick and was supposed to come in and make big plays. He had ZERO catches in his career.

Seattle Seahawks- D'Wayne Eskridge

Seattle On Tap Edit

Eskridge was a high pick that came in for his big play ability. He battled injuries and never made a impact for the Seahawks.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Michael Clayton

Seattle On Tap Edit

Clayton was a first round pick. He never made big plays and was marred by constant drops.

Tennessee Titans- Justin Hunter

Seattle On Tap Edit

Hunter came in as a high draft pick that was compared to Randy Moss. Well, spoiler alert, he was not Randy Moss.

Washington Commanders- Josh Doctson

Seattle On Tap Edit

Doctson was a first round pick for the Commanders. He never made an impact for the team.
