Ant Edwards Drops 35 and Minnesota Just Refuses to Die Against San Antonio

The Timberwolves are still alive. Down 2-1 in their series against the Spurs, Minnesota came through when it mattered most in Game 4, with Anthony Edwards putting on an absolute clinic. He dropped 35 points and tied the series at 2-2, keeping the Wolves' playoff hopes breathing when the pressure was at its peak.

Edwards Takes Over When It Counts

This is what clutch looks like. Edwards went off for 35 points in Game 4, and that performance was the difference between going home and forcing a Game 5. The Timberwolves needed someone to step up against San Antonio, and Ant delivered exactly what they needed. That's the kind of response you want to see from your star player when your season is on the line.

Wembanyama's Ejection Changes the Game

Victor Wembanyama was thrown out of Game 4 for a flagrant foul, a moment that shifted the momentum in Minnesota's direction. With the Spurs' star off the floor, the Wolves found their opening and took full advantage. It's the kind of swing moment that can define a playoff series, and the Timberwolves made sure they capitalized on it.

The series heads back to San Antonio with everything on the line. After being on the brink of elimination, Minnesota somehow clawed back to even things up. This is playoff basketball at its most intense, and Game 5 is going to be absolutely crucial for both teams. The Wolves proved they can compete with San Antonio when Ant plays like this. Now they've got to do it again.
