The Unseen Gridiron & Diamond: Why Our Seattle Rosters Are Everything Right Now
Alright, Emerald City! You know how we do it here at Seattle On Tap, right? We live and breathe our teams. Every single game, every single player, we are locked in. It's early season for our Mariners and Seahawks, and while the stats and big plays are still emerging, what truly matters right now is knowing who our guys are. Seriously, you gotta keep track of the names, because these are the dudes carrying our hopes this year!
Our Hawks Are Flying: Meet the New Faces Ready to Light Up Lumen Field
It's April, and the buzz for the Seahawks is real. Mike Macdonald's got his crew, and Brian Fleury is calling the shots for an offense ready to roll at Lumen Field. We've got Sam Darnold under center, and our receiving corps is absolutely electric with Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp. These are the guys who are going to be making plays for the 12s, week in and week out. We're talking fresh energy, new beginnings, and a whole lot of potential!

Over at T-Mobile Park, our Mariners are already into the swing of things, and you know who's leading the charge. We've got Cal Raleigh doing work behind the plate and Julio Rodriguez absolutely owning center field. You just know those bats are gonna wake up and make some noise. Getting to know these lineups is step one for every true Seattle fan this early season, because these are the foundation blocks for what's coming.
Ice and Pitch: The Kraken and Sounders Squads We're Hyped For
But hey, Seattle sports isn't just about the gridiron and the diamond. We've got our Kraken tearing it up on the ice and the Sounders owning the pitch. Our Kraken squad is stacked: Matty Beniers, Jordan Eberle as captain, Jared McCann, Chandler Stephenson, Berkly Catton, Kaapo Kakko, and Tye Kartye up front. On defense, Adam Larsson, Vince Dunn, and Brandon Montour are shutting things down, with Joey Daccord guarding the net. That's a serious lineup!
And for our Sounders? We're talking about pure talent like Cristian Roldan, who just got called up to the USMNT, and Jordan Morris. These guys bring so much fire to the field, making the Emerald City proud with every tackle and every goal. The talent across our city's teams is undeniable, and it's why we're always ready for game day!
Looking Ahead: The Bigger Sports Picture (And What It All Means for Us)
Now, sometimes you see glimpses of the wider sports world, right? Like a headline popping up about the U.S. Open golf, way out on June 21, 2026, asking if anyone can catch Wyndham Clark. It just shows you how much sports action is out there. But for us? It's always about our teams, our city, our passion.
You'll see all these sites, like CBS Sports, telling you their content is "for entertainment purposes only," and that "odds and lines subject to change." They even say there's "no gambling offered" and it contains "commercial content." But for us, for the loyal fans in Seattle, this isn't just entertainment. This is our city's heartbeat. This is why we wear our colors, cheer our loudest, and count down the minutes until the next game. We're here for the ride, no matter what, supporting our Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken, and Sounders every step of the way. Let's go, Seattle!
