Nobody's Talking About *Our* Squads, And That's the Real Problem Right Now

Alright, 12s, I'm scrolling through the latest from the wider sports world, checking out what's buzzing, and you know what's hitting me? It's May 23, 2026, and the DraftKings Network is overflowing with every single sport you can imagine, but where's the Emerald City love? Seriously, I'm digging for anything about *our* Seahawks, Kraken, Mariners, or Sounders, and it's like we're ghosts in the machine! What gives?

Everyone Else Gets the Spotlight

I mean, look, it's cool that other cities are getting their shine, but come on. I'm seeing headlines about the NBA Eastern Conference Finals with the Cavaliers and Knicks, betting splits for Game 3, and Donovan Mitchell prop bets. Then there are opening odds for Game 4. Over in hockey, it's all about the Canadiens and Hurricanes in *their* Eastern Conference Finals. I get it, those are big games, but it's like the rest of the country forgot about us here in the PNW!

And it's not just the big leagues either. We've got Premier League predictions for West Ham vs. Leeds, Tottenham vs. Everton, and Fulham vs. Newcastle. There's even talk about AEW wrestling predictions, boxing results for Oleksandr Usyk vs. Rico Verhoeven, and French Open bets. Good to see our guy Cristian Roldan getting that USMNT call-up for the World Cup roster, at least *someone* from Seattle is getting some well-deserved shine! But for the rest of our squads, it's crickets. It just feels like every other city is getting its time in the sun while we're stuck waiting for someone to even *mention* T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field.

What We *Should* Be Talking About

Instead of all that, we should be getting daily updates on what really matters. We should be diving deep into the Mariners' early form, how Cal Raleigh is crushing it behind the plate, or if Julio Rodriguez is already flashing that MVP power at the plate. We need to know what's emerging early, what those early trends are looking like for our M's this season!

And the Hawks? It's still early in the season, sure, but we're dying to hear about Sam Darnold's chemistry with Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp. How's Coach Mike Macdonald's new scheme looking in the early going? What's the team health report? We need details! The Kraken just finished up their season, but what's the buzz around Matty Beniers or Joey Daccord for next season? Are we building on what we saw? And the Sounders, you know Jordan Morris is always battling, what's his latest impact? We're passionate, we watch every game, we know every player, and we want to celebrate our teams!

So, yeah, it's cool that other teams are making headlines, but Seattle On Tap is for *us*. We're here for the green and blue. Let's hope the next time I scroll, I see some real news about *our* teams, about our fight, about the Emerald City making some noise. We know our guys are out there putting in the work, from T-Mobile Park to Lumen Field. We're ready for our moment, and the league better be too.
