Oba Femi Brutalized Dominik Mysterio, Iyo Sky Is Dominating, and World Title Shots Are on the Line!

Alright, Seattle, listen up! The WWE King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are absolutely on fire right now, and if you haven't been paying attention, you're missing out big time. We're talking world title shots at SummerSlam, people, and the brackets just dropped some bombshells that have us buzzing! This isn't just about a crown, it's about cementing legacies and getting that direct path to a championship opportunity at one of WWE's biggest events of the year. The stakes are through the roof, and the action has been wild.

Oba Femi: The Ruler Unleashed on the Road to the Crown

Can we talk about Oba Femi for a second? Seriously, this guy is tearing through the King of the Ring bracket like a freight train! He just punched his ticket to the finals at Night of Champions, and the way he did it was brutal. Femi overcame interference from The Judgement Day, beating down Dominik Mysterio in their semifinal matchup. Not only did he handle Mysterio, but "The Ruler" delivered a brutal beating to both Mysterio and JD McDonagh on Raw to secure his spot. That's pure dominance right there. His journey started strong too, pinning Penta, Solo Sikoa, and Carmelo Hayes in his quarterfinal match on Raw back on June 1. Now, he’s waiting to see who emerges from the other side of the bracket, with Je'Von Evans already defeating Jey Uso in their semifinal clash. Femi against Evans for the crown? You know that's going to be an absolute showstopper!

Iyo Sky's Ascent to Queen: Nobody's Stopping Her

On the Queen of the Ring side, Iyo Sky is proving why she's a former WWE women's champion. She's absolutely relentless! Iyo became the first finalist for the Queen of the Ring, taking down Raquel Rodriguez in their semifinal bout. She's heading to Night of Champions with her eyes firmly on that world title shot, and honestly, who's going to stop her? Sky kicked off her tournament run with a dominant win on Raw on June 1, pinning Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Lash Legend in a fatal four-way quarterfinal. Meanwhile, the other side of the bracket saw Liv Morgan pin Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Chelsea Green on June 8, and Charlotte Flair beat Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, and Sol Ruca on June 12 in their quarterfinal matches. So, Iyo Sky is sitting pretty, awaiting the winner of that Liv Morgan and Charlotte Flair semifinal. No matter who it is, you know Iyo is ready for them.

The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are heating up, folks! Night of Champions is set for June 27, where we'll see our new King and Queen crowned. And then? It all culminates on the first weekend of August at SummerSlam, where both winners get their shot at a world title. This isn't just a tournament, it's a direct pipeline to glory. You absolutely cannot miss this!
