34-Year-Old Zappacosta For Under €10 Million: Gasperini's Wild Plan Nobody's Ready For

Alright, Emerald City fam, buckle up! You know Gasperini, right? Well, he's not just looking to light up the scoreboard with new attackers. Oh no. The man's got his sights set on seriously leveling up those flanks, and he's eyeing a reunion that might shock a few people. We're talking about Davide Zappacosta, a 34-year-old veteran, and get this: Roma could snag him for *under €10 million!* What? Yeah, you heard that right. This isn't just a move, it's a statement, and Gasperini clearly knows something others don't.

The Steal of the Window? What €10 Million Gets You

Now, about that price tag. Repubblica is reporting that Atalanta is willing to consider offers *under €10 million* for the 34-year-old winger. Seriously, under ten million for a guy Gasperini knows inside and out? That's a deal built for sustainability, bringing in a player who guarantees a certain level of performance: a well-built physique and the raw ability of a sprinter. Gasperini isn't looking for a project here, he's looking for a proven quantity. It's no wonder Zappacosta has already shot past Dodo on Gasperini's wish list. Apparently, he's just not fitting Sarri's back four, making him ripe for the picking. This isn't just about filling a gap, it's about bringing in a known quantity who can deliver from day one. This isn't some wild swing in the dark. Gasperini is making a calculated move, betting on familiarity, versatility, and a proven track record. Keep your eyes glued to the transfer news, because if this deal goes through for under €10 million, Gasperini might just have pulled off one of the smartest moves of the summer, setting Roma up with serious flank power. The transfer window is heating up, and this saga is just beginning!
