75 Minutes of Pure Madness: Xtreme Gaming Just Proved They Ain't Done Yet!

You guys, what a wild Wednesday we just witnessed in the DreamLeague Season 29! Talk about high stakes, huh? Three squads, Tundra Esports, Xtreme Gaming, and BetBoom Team, stared down elimination in the lower bracket and told it, "Not today, friend!" They all pulled off clutch 2-1 victories, keeping their dreams alive in this massive $1 million online tournament. If you thought this competition was slowing down, you were dead wrong. The action is absolutely cranked up!

Tundra's Grit Keeps Them Rolling

First up, let's talk about Tundra Esports. After a tough loss in the upper-bracket quarterfinal, you gotta wonder if the squad felt the pressure. But did they fold? Nah, not these guys! They went toe-to-toe with Virtus.pro and even after dropping the first game in a quick 44 minutes on green, they rallied like absolute champions. Tundra came back strong with two decisive wins, clocking in at 35 and 40 minutes, both on red. Their main man, Bozhidar "bzm" Bogdanov from Bulgaria, was just on another level, posting an insane 26-9-29 kill-death-assist ratio. That's the kind of grit we love to see, fighting back when it counts!

Xtreme Gaming's Marathon Victory

Then there's Xtreme Gaming. These dudes came into the playoffs from sixth place in Group B, starting straight in the lower bracket. You know that's a tough road, but they absolutely brought the fight to Team Liquid. Xtreme kicked things off with a solid 44-minute triumph on red, setting the tone. Liquid hit back with a 36-minute win, also on red, making it a nail-biter. But Xtreme, led by Malaysia's Cheng "NothingToSay" Jin Xiang, just wouldn't quit. They powered through a grueling 75-minute decisive map on green to seal the 2-1 victory! NothingToSay's K-D-A of 31-12-40 tells you everything you need to know about how he carried that team when it mattered most. That was a marathon, and they earned every second of it!

BetBoom Team's Back-and-Forth Battle

And don't sleep on BetBoom Team, either. They also faced a loss on Tuesday and had to fight their way through Vici Gaming. They grabbed the first game in 56 minutes on red, looking good, but Vici Gaming came right back with a 52-minute win, also on red. Talk about going blow-for-blow! But BetBoom wasn't having it, securing the decisive battle in 46 minutes on red to snatch their own 2-1 win. Russian Danil "gpk" Skutin was the maestro for BetBoom, putting up a stellar 29-14-39 K-D-A ratio. These teams are playing with their backs against the wall, and the intensity is just off the charts!

So, what's next? The action continues Thursday with Natus Vincere battling PlayTime in the final lower-bracket opener. Plus, we've got the upper-bracket semifinals heating up with Team Falcons taking on PARIVISION, and Team Spirit clashing with Aurora Gaming. The grand final on Sunday is best-of-five, and with a cool $250,000 in player prize money, a $40,000 club bonus, and 6,000 ESL Pro Tour points on the line for the winner, every single game is a must-watch. You know we'll be glued to our screens, screaming for every clutch play! Let's go!
