Jayson Tatum Is Systematically Destroying Philadelphia and the Sixers Have No Counter

The Celtics just handed the Sixers another gut punch, and honestly, it's getting hard to feel bad for Philadelphia at this point. Boston walked into Game 4 on Philly's home floor and didn't just win, they executed a complete demolition. The kind of performance that makes you realize the gap between these two teams isn't measured in points. It's measured in everything.

Tatum's Personal Vendetta Against an Entire City

Look, we need to talk about what Jayson Tatum is doing to Philadelphia. In Game 3, he hit back-to-back daggers that ripped the hearts out of Sixers fans. In Game 4, he came back and dropped a dominant 30/7/11 with 5 three-pointers in another blowout win at home. Since the day he got drafted, all Tatum has done is destroy this franchise's season after season. At home, on the road, it doesn't matter. Every single opportunity he gets to dismantle the Sixers, he capitalizes on it. That's not coincidence. That's not luck. That's Jayson Tatum owning an entire city.

The Celtics Are Playing a Different Game

The Celtics finished 24-53 from deep in Game 4, marking their second 20+ three-pointer game in this series. This is what championship-level execution looks like. When the Celts play to their ceiling, they reach a level that few teams can match. Jaylen Brown delivered another strong showing, and even Payton Pritchard looked like the best point guard on the floor in a game that included Tyrese Maxey. The ball security was clean. The rebounding was great. They made their open shots. When all those pieces click, it's an ass whooping, plain and simple.

Now they've won both games in Philly and become the first team in the series to win two in a row. That almost always ends in series wins. The hard part comes next: closing it out at home.
