Jordan Morris Finds the Back of the Net as Sounders Keep Rolling Early in 2026

The Seattle Sounders are flying right now, and Saturday night against FC Dallas proved exactly why. Jordan Morris potted his first goal of the season with a strike from inside the box, leading the Rave Green to a 2-1 home victory at Lumen Field. That's back-to-back strong performances, and the Sounders are sitting pretty in the Western Conference standings.

Morris Breaks Through in Big Moment

Morris's finish from inside the box was exactly what the Sounders needed to extend their early-season momentum. The winger came through in a crucial moment against a Dallas side that had no answer for Seattle's attacking rhythm. Nouhou wore the captain's armband and the defense held up when it mattered most, giving the Sounders their second consecutive win at home. This is the kind of form that builds confidence in April.

Fourth Place and No Slowing Down

With the victory, Seattle moved up to fourth place in the Western Conference. That's the kind of early-season position that gets the faithful buzzing at Lumen Field. The Sounders are maintaining strong form at home, and if they can keep this up, they'll be in the conversation come summer. The attacking depth is real, and the defense is holding firm when it needs to.

If you haven't locked in your single match tickets for the rest of the season, now's the time. The Sounders are playing electric soccer right now, and there's no telling what kind of matchups are still ahead. Get down to Lumen Field and be part of the Rave Green magic.
