Knicks Drop 144 Points and Sweep the Sixers in Historic Playoff Blowout

The New York Knicks just completed a four-game sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers with an offensive performance so dominant it belongs in the NBA history books. We're talking 144 points, the highest total in franchise playoff history, and an 18 made three-pointers in the first half alone that ties an NBA playoff record. The final score doesn't even tell the story: 144-114.

First Half Was Historic

New York came out firing and never let up. By halftime, they had already buried 18 three-pointers, matching the single-half playoff record for three-pointers made. Philadelphia had no answer defensively, and the Knicks made their intentions clear early: this series was over. The 76ers came into the game knowing they were facing elimination, but nothing they threw at New York slowed down the offensive onslaught.

Knicks' Seventh Straight Playoff Win

This sweep extends New York's winning streak to seven consecutive playoff victories. With 114 points allowed, the Knicks are rolling on both ends of the floor. The 76ers, meanwhile, failed to find any rhythm against a New York team that's playing like the best team in the postseason right now.

The Knicks move on. Philadelphia's season is done. And everyone watching knows they just witnessed something special at MSG.
