Kyle Juszczyk Thinks Everyone Forgot About Your Defending Super Bowl Champion Seahawks

Okay, 12s, are you hearing this?! Kyle Juszczyk, the fullback over in San Francisco, just dropped a quote that's gotta make you absolutely furious, or maybe just laugh. He literally said, and I quote, "If people focus on Rams and Seahawks and forget about us, that's fantastic." FORGET US?! Are you kidding me right now? The Emerald City is still absolutely buzzing, the confetti is barely settled from *our* Super Bowl win, and this dude thinks we're just gonna let them fly under the radar? Nah, not a chance. This is our house, our division, and our trophy.

They're Sleeping on the Champs (Again!)

Juszczyk, bless his heart, actually thinks it's "fantastic" if folks overlook the 49ers. Why? Because *we* are the defending Super Bowl champions, and the Rams are "the talk of the NFL offseason" after some "great additions." He gets it. He knows we're the champs, and he acknowledged LA is making moves. And he actually thinks this sets up some kind of sneaky underdog story for San Fran. Excuse me? The entire league, every single fan, watched us hoist that Lombardi trophy. We know what we're capable of. Our squad, under the leadership of Coach Macdonald, is laser-focused and ready to defend that hard-earned title. There's no "forgetting" that feeling, no forgetting the work put in by guys like Jaxon Smith-Njigba or our solid defense. You don't just forget a Super Bowl season.

NFC West Odds Don't Lie, But Neither Does Our 12th Man Heartbeat

Juszczyk sounds all confident, doesn't he? Like the Niners are sitting pretty. He's talking about how they "feel great" about their team, how they've "only improved," adding Mike Evans and Osa Odighizuwa on defense who he thinks will make "such an impact." He even brought up their 13 wins last season, like that's some kind of secret weapon we're all overlooking. Fine, whatever, good for them. But here's the kicker, the cold, hard truth from Vegas: the oddsmakers aren't buying Juszczyk's talk like he is. The Rams are pegged as the favored team at +100, and our Seahawks, *the reigning champions of the entire league*, are right there at +205. And the 49ers, the team Juszczyk is so confident about? They're sitting way back as +305 long shots in the NFC West odds. So yeah, Juszczyk, you're absolutely right: your team *will* need to surprise some people to win the division. And guess who isn't going to be surprised when *we* keep dominating? The 12s. We expect greatness, we demand it! So, as we gear up for what's sure to be another absolutely wild, hard-hitting season of NFL football, remember Juszczyk's words. Let them try to sleep on us, let them try to sneak by. That's just fuel for the fire in the Emerald City. We know what we've got in our locker room, and every single team in the NFC West, especially the 49ers, better be ready for our defending champions. Keep an eye on the schedule for when we get to host those 49ers at Lumen Field. We'll show them exactly how "forgettable" a Super Bowl champion really is. Go Hawks!
