New England Wants a Perfect Homestand and the Crew Are Standing in the Way Saturday Night
The New England Revolution are rolling at Gillette Stadium, and they're not about to let Columbus crash the party this weekend. After back-to-back shutout wins on home turf, the Revs are primed to close out their three-game homestand undefeated when they host the Crew on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. ET.
This isn't just another game. When you've got clean sheets stacked up and the fans behind you in Foxborough, momentum is real. The Revolution are coming off consecutive shutouts, which means the defense is locked in and confidence is running through the locker room right now.

Playing at Gillette has been the Revs' fortress lately. Back-to-back shutout wins show they've got something working both offensively and defensively. Now they have a chance to finish this three-game stretch without a loss, which would be huge heading into the rest of the season. Every win at home counts, and a perfect homestand against a team like Columbus would send a serious message to the rest of the league.
Columbus Comes to Town
The Crew are coming into Foxborough, but the Revs have the advantage right now. New England's form at home is undeniable, and with the fans energized after consecutive shutouts, Saturday should be electric. The question is whether Columbus can disrupt what's been working for the Revs or if New England keeps the perfect homestand alive.
Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday. For the Revolution, it's a chance to put an exclamation point on their home stand. For the Crew, it's a chance to spoil the party. Either way, this one matters.
