It doesn't matter if it's been TEN years since this happened, it will always hurt to heard about as a Seattle Seahawks fan... Surely New England Patriots fans, love hearing this roast though.
ESPN College Gameday was at University of California for the Cal Golden Bears big game against the Miami Hurricanes. Of course, you could expect some big names from Cal to show up for the game and the show. Seahawks legend Marshawn Lynch went to Cal and came to do College Gameday with the crew.
Former Alabama head coach, Nick Saban, decided that this would be a good time to roast Marshawn Lynch and the Seattle Seahawks about throwing the ball on the one yard line in the Super Bowl...
This felt like a shot to the Seahawks fans, but of course, to former Seahawks head coach, Pete Carroll as well.
"Marshawn, we may disagree on our pick today," Saban said. "But I'm telling you man. 4th and 1 in the Super Bowl at the one, I'm giving your a** the ball! You are getting the ball! Right here!"

The only thing I could say back to Nick Saban at this point, is that it was not 4th and 1, so he was wrong about that. Regardless, he might be right, run the ball.
Thank you Nick Saban for ruining a perfectly good Saturday morning.
