Seahawks Add Tight End Harrison Bryant to Championship Roster

The Seattle Seahawks signed tight end Harrison Bryant on Wednesday, continuing to build around their Super Bowl LX championship squad. The move came as the team ramped up offseason work at Virginia Mason Athletic Center on a sunny April 29, 2026.

Building Out the Tight End Room

Bryant joins a Seahawks team that just finished hoisting the Lombardi Trophy after dismantling the Patriots 29-13 in early February. With Sam Darnold locked in at quarterback and weapons like Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp already in place, adding depth at tight end gives Mike Macdonald and Brian Fleury more options to work with as they prepare for another run.

Offseason Momentum at Virginia Mason

The Seahawks have been grinding through Phase One of their offseason program, getting the roster back on the field and in sync. This signing slots right into that timeline as the defending champs continue to address roster needs during the early spring workouts.

With the championship parade still fresh in the memory of the 12s, Seattle is wasting no time building for the 2026 season. Bryant's addition to the tight end rotation represents another piece of the puzzle as the organization looks to repeat.
