While Seattle Seahawks WR DK Metcalf did not get penalized during the game, almost a week later, he was fined $11,255 for throwing down a New York Giants defender.
DK Metcalf has had a really good season statistically, 3rd in the NFL in receiving yards, he has had some other issues going on.
Metcalf has had a fumbling issue all season, and it has happened a few times in big moments. He has also had a drops problem for the last few years, a lot of easy dropped passes.
Then, on Thursday Night Football against the 49ers, he was yelling at offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb, he was not happy with the play-calling.
We all know he has also had some personal foul issues throughout the years, this time luckily he was not caught on the field for this one, but the NFL caught it on camera and fined him $11,255 for this play, a couple days after the game.
This was not as bad as some of the other ones we've seen from him, but still, you got to be smarter than this and not throw people down.

The Seahawks went on to lose 29-20 to the Giants at home. Metcalf put up 55 yards on four catches, but both Tyler Lockett and Ken Walker posted more receiving yards. Metcalf was also held in check this week against the 49ers, managing just three catches an 48 yards on 11 targets from Geno Smith.
