This was the Seattle Seahawks defense we all expected to see. Perfect tackles, interceptions, sacks, and not allowing the Denver Broncos offense to do anything significant. The Seattle Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos 26-20.
The first 10 points of the games from the Broncos all came from the fault of the Seahawks offense. TWO field goals from an interception and fumble within the 40 yard line (6 points), and two offensive safeties (4 points).
The Seahawks defense basically gave up 10 points all game, including a touchdown that was late in the game in 'some-what' of garbage time.
The offense on the other end, was not pretty for an entire half. The new Ryan Grubb Seahawks offense came out slow, sloppy, and had a lot of turnover issues. Yet, the second half was different and the offense looked like what we always expected.
At the end of the day, the Seahawks get a good win, they start the year 1-0, and we can see something special in the making.
Defense has a chance to be ELITE. Offense looked good 2nd half. Great win.
