The "Best Fit" For a Two-Time Pro Bowler Is Dallas: Why The Emerald City Should Be Furious
Alright, 12s, you gotta be kidding me. You hear rumors flying around the league, right? But sometimes, one hits different. The Dallas Cowboys, of all teams, have been named the "best fit" for a two-time Pro Bowler still available in free agency. Seriously? With "several impact free agents still out there," why isn't the Emerald City dominating that conversation? This isn't just about Dallas, it's about what it means for our Seahawks, and frankly, it should make us furious.
Where Are Our Impact Players?
Let's break this down. We're talking a legitimate two-time Pro Bowler, a guy who changes games. And the word is Dallas is the "best fit" for him. I mean, come on! "Several impact free agents are still available," yet our name isn't even in the rumor mill for a player of this caliber? Baffling.

We've got Mike Macdonald leading as head coach, bringing that defensive intensity we crave. Brian Fleury is cooking up the offense. On paper, we've got talent: Sam Darnold slinging it, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp ready to make highlight-reel catches. But what about the other side? Defense wins championships! When a guy like this is still out there, shouldn't we be making serious noise? It feels like we're letting opportunities slip.
What Are We Waiting For, Seahawks?
This isn't just any free agent; it's a "two-time Pro Bowler." That's a proven talent who can elevate a unit immediately. What does "best fit" even mean? It sounds an awful lot like Dallas is being proactive, doing their homework, positioning themselves to land a difference-maker. And us? We're left wondering why we're not in that position.
We're early in the regular season, April, and this is when teams show their true intent. You set a tone for the entire season. You show you're serious about competing. Our current roster, with guys like Darnold delivering to Kupp, is building something special. But adding a proven talent like this unnamed Pro Bowler could be the missing piece to ignite our season. The league is watching, and right now, it feels like we are watching too.
Time To Make a Statement, Front Office!
The season is just getting started, and the stakes are real. We need to see that aggressive fire, that relentless hunger for every game-changing player. We know the passion Macdonald brings; now we need to see that translate into roster moves matching his ambition and the passion of the 12s. What's at stake isn't just a few wins; it's the momentum for our entire season. Competing in this brutal league demands you're always looking to improve, always looking for that edge. Let's hope our front office is actively scouting these "available impact free agents" and is ready to make a splash. Frankly, the 12s deserve nothing less than a team ready to win, right now.
