The One Thing Ernest Jones Said That Tells You Everything About Our Super Bowl Champion Seahawks

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, 12s?! Our Seahawks are Super Bowl LX champs! The confetti barely settled, but Ernest Jones is already out here dropping truth bombs at minicamp. He's talking about the mindset of this squad, and what he said about our boys compared to his 2022 Rams team? It's straight-up different, folks, and that's the best news you'll hear all year.

Ernest Jones Knows the Grind, and This Team Hits Different

Look, when a guy who's been to the top, won a Super Bowl, and then came here to the Emerald City and did it AGAIN with us, says something, you listen. Ernest Jones was part of that Rams team that got their ring in 2022. He knows what it feels like to climb that mountain. But now, after celebrating our own Super Bowl LX victory, he's telling everyone the mindset here, right now, is on another level. He's seen both sides of that championship coin, and he says what we got going on? It's just different. That's not some throwaway line, that's a veteran leader laying down the law. It tells you everything about the hunger in that locker room.

Why Our Champion Seahawks Are Built to Run It Back

So, what does "different" really mean for our Super Bowl champion Seahawks? It means no complacency. It means the job isn't done just because we lifted the Lombardi Trophy. It means Coach Mike Macdonald has this locker room dialed in, and the veteran presence, guys like Ernest Jones, are reinforcing that message. It's about the relentless pursuit of perfection, even after you've tasted the ultimate victory. This isn't about resting on our laurels, it's about pushing the accelerator. Our offense with Sam Darnold slinging it to Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp, under Brian Fleury's vision, they're not just talented, they're hungry. Jones's words are a testament to the culture being built at Lumen Field. This team, from top to bottom, wants more. That mindset? That's how you build a dynasty, not just a one-off champion.

So, minicamps are wrapping up, and the focus shifts to training camp. Ernest Jones's words aren't just a quote for the headlines, they're a promise. This team has the right attitude, the right leaders, and that championship drive. Get ready, 12s. We've got a whole season ahead of us, and this team is already looking forward to making more history. The mindset is locked in. Let's go!
