Well, the Seahawks have tried to shore up this defensive line. The defensive line ranked going into last week's matchup versus the Buffalo Bills 29th in giving up rush yards per game and 28th in rush yards per attempt. And then gave up 164 yards to the Bills on the ground. But what makes this even more frustrating is that the Seahawks have the highest cash percentage allocated to defensive line in the whole NFL. A lot of that money is tied up to Dre'mont Jones and Nwosu who, one has underperformed, and the other been constantly injured. Not to mention we used our first round pick on Byron Murphy who, has been pretty good. But it sure would be nice to see the Seahawks finally stop the run game versus opponents. No play sums up the #Seahawks run defense problems better than James Cook's final touchdown. Look at the push the interior o-line gets out of 12 personnel grouping... and then the finish by Cook at the goal line de-helmeting Ernest Jones. pic.twitter.com/1Aj6sX9Ngb
