Eric Trump Called Cormier's 'Rigged Fight' DMs 'Scary', And Then The Hacking Started

Alright, Seattle, buckle up, because the drama that unfolded on Sunday with ex-UFC star Daniel Cormier and Donald Trump's son, Eric Trump, was absolutely wild. Seriously, I'm still trying to piece it all together. We're talking deleted tweets, alleged insider betting, and a whole lot of confusion after fights went down on the South Lawn of The White House. Cormier's X account totally went off the rails, looking like it was hacked, and he's sticking to that story. So, what in the world actually happened here? Let's dive in.

The Wild DMs That Started It All

So, the whole mess kicked off with Daniel Cormier tweeting, then quickly deleting, a post that included screenshots of direct messages with Eric Trump. The message Cormier put out there said, "I'm probably going to get a lot of flak for bringing this to light, however I refuse to stay silent. Shame on anyone trying to ruin this beautiful event." Talk about throwing a grenade! Those DMs, according to Cormier's post, showed Trump asking about potential fighter injuries or even if the fights were rigged. You can imagine the internet blowing up over that. But wait, it gets even weirder because Eric Trump quickly fired back, denying the entire thing, calling Cormier's tweets "completely fake" and even saying "this is scary." My dude, scary is right.

Then Came The 'Hacking' Claim

Just when you thought it couldn't get any crazier, Cormier's X account produced another bizarre tweet. This one looked like it had links to crypto, which is usually a dead giveaway for sketchy activity. And wouldn't you know it, Cormier then claimed he was "hacked or something," following up with the rhetorical question, "are people really this dumb?" after his earlier, now-deleted post. So we've got alleged DMs about rigged fights, a denial from Eric Trump, then a crypto tweet from Cormier's account, all capped off by Cormier saying he was totally hacked. It's a storyline even Hollywood would struggle to write. Seriously, is Cormier really hacked? Were those initial DMs completely made up? We're left hanging with more questions than answers right now. This whole situation is a massive question mark, and you know we'll be here, green and blue hearts ready, to bring you any updates if this saga continues to unfold. Stay tuned, because this one feels far from over.
