Brunson Dropped 35 and the Knicks Just Demolished Philly in Game 1

The Knicks came into their Eastern Conference semifinal against the 76ers the same way they finished the first round: absolutely devastating. Jalen Brunson led the charge with 35 points as New York cruised to a 137-98 blowout victory in Game 1, staking an early 1-0 series lead and showing no signs of slowing down.

Brunson Taking Over Early

This isn't a fluke. The Knicks' star guard has been running hot, and Game 1 against Philly was no exception. Brunson's 35-point performance set the tone immediately, and the rest of the roster fed off that energy. When your best player is playing like this in the playoffs, you're in business. The 76ers had no answer for what New York was throwing at them, and it showed on the scoreboard from start to finish.

Conference Semifinals Are Here

With the first round in the books, we're down to the final eight teams. The Knicks vs. 76ers matchup is shaping up as a genuine rivalry clash in the East, and if Game 1 is any indication, this series could get ugly fast for Philadelphia. Brunson and the Knicks are rolling, and they're making their statement early.

Game 2 is coming, and the pressure's on Philly to respond. You don't come back from a 39-point home loss without some serious adjustments. The Knicks smell blood in the water, and they're not about to let this momentum slip.
