Edge Rusher Green Headed to LSU, and the 12s Are Still Only Looking at RIGHT NOW!

Alright, 12s, you know we bleed green and blue through and through, right? We're obsessed with every Mariners pitch, every Seahawks snap, every Kraken goal. But sometimes, even we gotta glance at the broader football landscape, even if it's years away. Word just hit the wires: an edge rusher named Green has committed to LSU, locking himself into their 2027 haul. Yeah, 2027! While that's huge news for Baton Rouge, for us in the Emerald City, our focus is razor sharp on what's happening *right now*.

LSU Making Moves for 2027, But Seattle's Ready for Action

So, this Green kid is joining LSU's 2027 class. It's a big splash for them, obviously. Grabbing a top-tier edge rusher this far out shows they're not messing around when it comes to building for the future. You always hear about these early commitments, and for a program like LSU, getting a talent like Green on board so early just cements their long-term vision. They're making moves, securing their pipeline years down the road, and that's a power play in college football.

Mariners Locked In for Early Season Glory

But here in Seattle, our 'haul' is already on the field, battling every single night! We're talking early April, folks, and our Mariners are already grinding at T-Mobile Park. We've got Cal Raleigh absolutely crushing it behind the plate and Julio Rodriguez making highlight reels in center field. This isn't some far-off commitment, this is TODAY. We're watching every single game, seeing how the team's form is developing, who's stepping up, and making sure everyone stays healthy. Every win, every loss, it's all part of the early season story, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

Hawks, Kraken, and Sounders Demand Our Full Focus

And over at Lumen Field, Coach Mike Macdonald is just getting started, instilling that new energy into our Seahawks. Sam Darnold is leading the charge, and you know we're hyped to see what Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cooper Kupp are going to do all season. This isn't just a few names, it's our squad, our guys! The early trends are everything right now. Then you've got the Kraken, fighting hard at Climate Pledge Arena, with Matty Beniers, Jordan Eberle, and Joey Daccord putting on a show. And let's not forget Cristian Roldan and Jordan Morris out there repping the Sounders, making big plays. Our city's teams are live, kicking, and absolutely electrifying! So yeah, a kid named Green picked LSU. That's cool for them. But for us, the real excitement, the real passion, is happening right here, right now, with *our* teams. Get ready for the next Mariners game, the next Kraken face-off, the next Seahawks battle! This early season is everything, and we're just getting started. Go Hawks, Go M's, Go Kraken, Go Sounders!
