Kid Cudi Just Showed Up To Bengals Practice And Joe Burrow Fans Should Be Freaking Out

Okay, hold up, stop everything. You guys are NOT gonna believe what just went down in Cincinnati. Your boy Joe Burrow, the franchise QB, just had his childhood hero, Kid Cudi, roll up to a Bengals offseason workout on Monday! I'm talking straight from a concert right into practice. If that's not peak fan-boy energy and a wild crossover moment, I don't know what is! The league is already buzzing about this, and honestly, so am I.

That "Glow, Joe" Moment Was Just The Beginning

This isn't some new bromance, fam, this connection goes DEEP. Burrow was just a middle schooler in southeast Ohio, probably rocking some JNCOs and playing Madden, when Kid Cudi, a Cleveland native, absolutely BLEW UP onto the scene in the late 2000s. Our guy, Joe B, has been a HUGE fan since way back! But their whole connection really, truly leveled up big time at the end of the 2021 season, which was Burrow's second year in the league. Think about it: before the AFC Championship against the Chiefs, the single MOST important game for the Bengals in 33 years, Cudi sent Burrow a PERSONALIZED song! Cudi himself spilled the beans on Seth Meyers in March 2022, saying it was like, 'Joe, hello, you need to know you got the glow, Joe,' or something like that. Can you even imagine? You kidding me?! And get this, Burrow wasn't just soaking in the vibes, he actually gave Cudi his game-worn jersey from that epic win at Kansas City. Talk about a priceless piece of memorabilia. Our guy even admitted back in January 2022 that listening to Cudi's 'New York City Rage Fest' before every single game is his unbreakable ritual. Absolute legend status for both of them. Unreal.

From Locker Room Jams To Super Bowl Parties

After that insane Chiefs victory, Burrow was straight-up honest, admitting that adjusting to his growing social profile was 'surreal' and 'crazy,' even if the actual football part felt normal. It's wild to think about, right? Just a couple weeks after that, Cudi wasn't just a superfan sending good luck, he was literally on stage performing at the Bengals' Super Bowl wrap party, even after they took that tough L to the Los Angeles Rams. And then, because this story just keeps getting wilder and wilder, Cudi actually dropped a full-blown track called 'Burrow' later on! We're talking features from legit heavy hitters like Don Toliver and Steve Aoki, all produced by Dot Da Genius. Seriously, if you needed more concrete proof this connection is absolutely legit, the Bengals themselves tweeted a pic of Burrow and Cudi just this past Monday, May 18, 2026, saying 'Burrow 👊 Kid Cudi'. This isn't just a celebrity showing up for a quick photo op, this is a full-blown, deeply personal, and epic partnership! While Cincinnati is busy with their rap-star-studded offseason, let's not forget where our heads are at in the Emerald City. Our Seahawks are already being talked about as Super Bowl contenders, right up there, closely following the Rams, Ravens, and Bills! That's according to early NFL futures bets. So while Burrow is living his best life with his hero, we're here in Seattle, getting hyped for what Head Coach Mike Macdonald and QB Sam Darnold bring to Lumen Field this season. The hype is real, 12s, and we're just getting started!
