Around the Diamond: Early Season Action Heats Up

And hey, while we're talking about everything hitting the news feed, let's not forget our baseball brethren out there across the league. Other teams are already deep into the MLB season, making their own noise. We saw Milwaukee take down Atlanta with a 45-29 record going against Atlanta's 48-27. Cincinnati, at 36-39, edged out the Yankees, who are 46-29. Meanwhile, Minnesota (37-41) battled Arizona (39-37), and the Dodgers, sitting at 49-28, beat Baltimore, who's 36-42. Philly, with a 41-35 record, also played the Mets (34-42). Plus, there were some wild highlights too: an inside-the-park homer off Skenes, an A's manager getting tossed, Ozzie Albies gaming the Brewers, and back-to-back dingers from the A's! It’s early April, and there’s no shortage of drama on the diamond, no matter whose uniform they're wearing. So yeah, from NBA trade rumors heating up the West to our own Hawks QB making waves off the field, and all the early season action around MLB, it's never a dull moment in sports. For us, it's all about what's next for our Mariners as they keep battling and our Seahawks as they prepare. We'll be there, cheering loud, beer in hand, for every single pitch and tackle. Get ready, Emerald City, because the season is just getting started!
