Patriots Are Heading to Munich, and the 2026 Schedule Just Got Real
The New England Patriots' Week 10 matchup against the Detroit Lions is happening in Munich, Germany on November 15, 2026. Not Foxborough. Not Detroit. Germany. The NFL just dropped a schedule release that includes an International Game featuring the Pats, and Mike Vrabel's crew is going to be prepping for a completely different kind of road trip this fall.
The 2026 Rookie Class Is Built to Compete
The Patriots didn't just talk about building through the draft. They actually did it. First-round pick Caleb Lomu came out of Highland High School and worked his way up through the system, with former Utah offensive line coach Jim Harding detailing his entire path to Foxborough. That's the kind of foundation you build a team on. Second-round edge rusher Gabe Jacas is already being talked about as an ideal fit on the edge of Mike Vrabel's defense, and scouts are saying his physical play style should give the team an immediate boost. That's not hype. That's the scouting report.

The Season Is Coming, and Vrabel's Got His Team
Coming off an appearance in Super Bowl LX, the Patriots aren't rebuilding. They're reloading. The full 2026 NFL Schedule got released on Thursday, May 14, with live coverage hitting NFL Network, ESPN2, the ESPN App, NFL+, and The NFL Channel. Season 2 of Forged in Foxborough, presented by New Balance, is dropping May 15, giving fans an exclusive look at how the team was built. Head Coach Mike Vrabel and EVP of Player Personnel Eliot Wolf are going to take you behind the scenes through free agency, scouting, and the entire draft process.
The Patriots are locked in. A trip to Munich in Week 10 is just one story this season. The real question is whether this roster can take another run at a championship.
