Seattle Kraken Calls In the Experts to Audit Hockey Operations

The Seattle Kraken have brought in some heavy hitters to take a hard look under the hood. The team announced a partnership with the Sportsology Group to conduct an external audit of their hockey operations department. This is the kind of move a franchise makes when it wants to leave no stone unturned and get an honest assessment of how things are really running behind the scenes.

What This Audit Actually Means

An external audit is not something you do casually. You bring in outside eyes, people with zero skin in the game, to evaluate how your hockey operations department is functioning. For the Kraken, that means Sportsology Group will be digging into everything from player evaluation to scouting to how decisions are being made at the front office level. This kind of third party review can be uncomfortable, but it also gives the organization a clear picture of what's working and what needs to change.

Building Better From Here On Out

The Kraken are still a relatively young franchise in the NHL, and taking this step shows they're serious about getting smarter with how they operate. Whether it is roster construction, how they evaluate talent, or the processes that guide major decisions, having Sportsology Group come in and provide a professional review is a way to make sure the front office is operating at the highest level. It's the kind of investment in yourself that can pay dividends down the road.

This partnership signals that the Kraken organization wants to build something sustainable and professional. By bringing in experts to audit their hockey operations, they are showing they are willing to be honest about what might need fixing and committed to improving how they run things. For a team that wants to compete in the Pacific Division with a roster featuring players like captain Jordan Eberle, Matty Beniers, and goaltender Joey Daccord, having the best operational foundation possible is essential.
