Steve Kerr's Nod of Respect and a Captain Clutch Moment

And it wasn't just the New York faithful going absolutely bonkers. You know it's a legitimate, historic win when a rival coach, one who's seen it all and won more than most, steps up and tips his cap. None other than Steve Kerr, the Warriors' head coach, was out there publicly praising the Knicks' top dog, Mike Brown, after the final buzzer rang. That's respect, pure and simple, from one champion-level mind to another. When a guy like Kerr, who runs a tight ship, gives props like that, you know it was a masterclass performance, a true coaching clinic from Brown to guide his team through such a monumental moment. And you can bet your last dollar there were some undeniable heroics on the court, too! The highlight reels were already screaming about 'Captain Clutch Delivers Title.' Whoever that absolute legend was, they earned their place in New York lore tonight, etched their name into the city's sports history forever.
