Clock's Ticking: Don't Miss Your Shot!

Here's the kicker, though, and you know we hate to see time run out on a crucial play. If you're a fan in Jacksonville or Northeast Florida and you want to make your voice count for the top athlete of 2026, you absolutely cannot wait around. The fan poll is only open through 10 a.m. UTC on Sunday, June 21! That's it! Just like a tight game coming down to the wire, every moment counts. So, if you've got a favorite, if you know who dominated the competition, you better get in there and cast your vote before that deadline slams shut.

One Final Note On The Bragging Rights

Now, because you know how these things go, there's always an "official" take. The fan poll is all about pure community love and who the people believe was the top athlete. It's important to remember that this fan poll does not determine the Times-Union's All-First Coast awards. Those official awards are going to be released in late June. But let's be real, sometimes the fan vote holds even more weight, doesn't it? It's about that raw passion! So, while we're keeping our eyes peeled for Julio Rodriguez crushing dingers and Cal Raleigh delivering clutch hits for our Mariners, let's give a shoutout to the fans in Florida making their own big decisions. Go make your pick, Jacksonville! Who will be crowned the fan favorite of the 2026 track season?
